Ceiling rose for large rooms and lounges – richly embellished for period renovations

This ceiling rose is an evocative piece of ceiling stucco embellished with rich ornamentation and intricate details. The design is inspired by the turn of the last century, giving the rose a distinct historical character imbued with a sense of craftsmanship and architectural tradition.

Here we can see a classic acanthus leaf pattern – a motif that dates right back to ancient Greece and Rome. This design had a resurgence during the Renaissance and featured particularly prominently in the Neoclassical period of the 18th and 19th centuries, when acanthus leaf shapes were often used in mouldings for both interiors and exteriors.
